JRI Hospitality is hiring an Hourly Manager to lead restaurant teams in Loganville, GA. You will coach, develop, and supervise staff during shifts, delivering fast, friendly service while controlling labor and food costs.

You’ll help recruit and retain team members, uphold safety and cleanliness, and foster a positive guest experience. We offer a promote-from-within culture, casual dress code, and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to help build a team, then mentor team members for success.
• Able to learn new skills, self-starting personality, maintain professional appearance and manners.
• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience in operations, management, inventory, scheduling & guest relations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop restaurant team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist management with daily operations, including labor and food cost control.
• Build relationships with guests and ensure high quality hospitality and service.
• Recruit, train, and retain key team members; coach for performance and recognize great work.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and timely service, emphasizing speed of service.
