Job Details

**2,000 SIGN ON BONUS**

Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

$21.00

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Count bulk merchandise accurately in primary warehouse locations, monitor variances, research issues, and perform necessary adjustments.
  • Contact vendors and customers to resolve issues and meet company guidelines.
  • Identify problematic situations and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Manage return authorizations, including pulling, packaging, and shipping returns and recalls.
  • Provide internal and external customer support with advanced process knowledge.
  • Participate in physical inventory processes and recommend final adjustments.
  • Develop, implement, and create SOPs for new processes and procedures upon approval.
  • Support the Inventory Department with various tasks and serve as a liaison between departments, including field sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, safety rules, and DEA regulations.
  • Work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventories.
  • Analyze inventory, including slow-moving and short-dated items.
  • Coordinate with other departments on inventory movements.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for returning static inventory to manufacturing upon approval.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies related to credits and product returns.
  • Update inventory values during price changes as instructed by manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with management on process updates, changes, and SOP creation.
  • Train new Inventory Clerks.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all inventory systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate with Corporate to test, validate, and implement system changes and SOPs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  1. Experience with policies, procedures, safety rules, DEA regulations, and company policies related to vendor and customer returns.
  2. Effective oral and written communication skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Strong analytical skills.
  6. Ability to implement processes that pass audit reviews.
  7. Decisiveness and problem-solving skills.
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
