Job summary

Professional Care Match seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide in Worcester, MA. You will assist patients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and monitor health while following care plans and safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Revenue is earned through an hourly wage with weekly pay, plus opportunities for professional development in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned
