Job Description

Houck Services, Inc., one of the area’s leading Commercial and Industrial Specialty Contractors, is looking for experienced Concrete Restoration Foreman to join the Commercial Industrial Department. Pre-employment drug testing and physical are requirements for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure materials, tools and equipment necessary for the job are on site.
• Ensure crew is preforming work correctly, efficiently and safely to meet safety standards and project schedule
• Ensure good house keeping is always maintained on site
• Complete necessary Paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with Superintendent, Project Manager regarding any needs on site.
• Take daily pictures of jobsite for documentation.
• Job planning
• Ability to acquire and maintain DOT Physical for company Truck
• Concrete skills and carpentry Skills are necessary skills
• Knowledge and proper understanding of materials being used on site.
