Job summary

Houck Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Restoration Foreman to join the Commercial Industrial Department. You will supervise crews, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with the superintendent and project manager on site.

We offer earned paid-time-off, 401K, Health/Dental/Vision insurance, and EAP benefits. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 80 pounds are required; pre-employment drug testing and a physical are also required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a concrete restoration foreman in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to supervise crew, ensure safety and schedule adherence.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and physical.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 80 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials, tools and equipment on site.
• Supervise crew to perform work correctly, efficiently and safely.
• Maintain on-site housekeeping at all times.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate with Superintendent/Project Manager on site needs.
• Take daily on-site photos for documentation.
• Job planning and coordination.
• Maintain DOT physical for company truck.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure materials, tools and equipment necessary for the job are on site.
• Ensure crew is preforming work correctly, efficiently and safely to meet safety standards and project schedule
• Ensure good house keeping is always maintained on site
• Complete necessary Paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with Superintendent, Project Manager regarding any needs on site.
• Take daily pictures of jobsite for documentation.
• Job planning
• Ability to acquire and maintain DOT Physical for company Truck
• Concrete skills and carpentry Skills are necessary skills
• Knowledge and proper understanding of materials being used on site.
