Swissport in Houston is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead safety, on‑the‑job training and quality activities at the station, with the objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft and equipment damages. You will be a subject matter expert on processes and procedures as defined by the Director, Safety/Training.
The role requires 2 years of ground handling or airline ramp/safety experience, strong English communication, analytical and strategic thinking, and the ability to research topics

Safety Coordinator is responsible for safety, on the job training and quality activities at the station with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft and equipment damages. Additionally, the safetycoordinator is responsible for tasks described below as well as being a subject matter expert on various processes/systems/procedures as defined by the Director, Safety/Training.
The expected pay rate is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.
