Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Hotworking production operations and ensure safety and quality.
• Lead and coach production staff and team leads.
• Execute daily production schedules to meet demand and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, equipment and priorities across Hotworking operations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety compliance.
