Your Responsibilities

As a Commercial Equipment Field Service Technician, you'll provide excellent customer service by maintaining commercial kitchen equipment like Ice Machines, Cooking Equipment, Walk-in Coolers/Freezers, and Standalone Refrigerators/Freezers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services needed.
• Order parts and manage company resources efficiently.
• Collect payment for services rendered.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification required.
• Previous appliance repair experience of one year or more is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is $60,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions. Top technicians can earn over $100,000 per year.
