Your Responsibilities

As a Commercial Equipment Field Service Technician, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services for commercial kitchen equipment, including Ice Machines, Cooking Equipment, Walk-in Coolers/Freezers, and Standalone Refrigerators and Freezers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen appliances and equipment.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers about needed services.
• Order parts and manage company resources efficiently.
• Collect payments for services rendered.
