Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring a Hotel Valet Supervisor for a full-time role at a luxury hotel in Boston, MA. The position offers a schedule blending mornings, evenings, and weekends with a base pay of $23.00 per hour plus cash tips.

You will train shuttle drivers and valets, manage schedules, and ensure top-tier guest service while maintaining budgets and payroll processes. The role requires a valid 2-year driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission, along with strong communication

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Excellent written and spoken communication; professional and friendly
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Train shuttle drivers and valets to meet job expectations
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure coverage and control costs
• Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings

Shift & Schedule: Flexible - 40 hours per week; Mixture of Mornings, Evenings, & Weekends

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Supervisors for full-time opportunities to start immediately.

• Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
• Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
• Complete required reports.

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
