Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring a Parking Valet Attendant in Cambridge, MA. The role is full-time (about 30 hours per week) with a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour and is primarily on-site.

Shifts run Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with responsibilities including greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and explaining rates. You must have a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving and be able to drive manual transmission.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and helps resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and instruct guests on self-park retrieval.
• Inspect vehicles before possession and follow company policies.
• Maintain a professional uniform appearance and provide excellent guest service.
• Be outdoors and active most of the day, with standing/walking and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• May be assigned small cleaning or maintenance tasks by management.

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants full-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
