Qualifications

• Local Guam hire only.
• Must be able to work on Guam USA without restrictions.
• Health Certificate required.
• Experience as Steward in a full-service hotel is preferred.
• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils and equipment, and maintain a sanitary work area.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through communication with managers and colleagues.
• Set up workstation and replenish cleaning supplies as needed; organize storage of dishes.
• Assist in kitchen activities to ensure timely/high-quality food items for guests.
