Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts on Guam is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to clean guest rooms in accordance with brand standards and ensure a welcoming, restful stay for guests.

The role is part-time, hourly, requires a High School Diploma and at least two years' experience as a Room Attendant in a full-service hotel, and readiness to work nights, weekends and holidays in Guam. English proficiency and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years as a Room Attendant in a Full-Service Hotel preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, holidays, and inclement weather.
• Must be able to work on Guam USA without restrictions; US citizens or residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and suites in a timely, thorough manner per brand standards.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; monitor and report maintenance issues.
• Replenish supplies and ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with managers and other departments.
