Stonebridge Hospitality Management's Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center seeks an on-call Steward in the historic Colorado National Bank building in Denver, CO. You will support outlets and banquet areas with clean dishes and supplies, maintaining a sanitary kitchen and storage area in compliance with health regulations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Starting wage is $19.75 per hour with travel perks and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or stewarding role preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures in a kitchen.
• Able to operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, pantry, and storage areas.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment.
• Monitor dishwashing machine for proper cleaning.
• Transport food and equipment to banquet and dining areas.
• Follow health department regulations and hotel standards.
• Dispose of trash and recycling per local regulations.
• Restock dishes, glassware, silverware.
• Communicate with culinary team for timely delivery.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events.
