Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Stewarding support role at The Westin Buckhead Atlanta to assist with cleaning and organizing Food and Beverage outlets. You will sort dirty wares, wash and maintain equipment, polish silverware, and support cooks with kettles and pans.

Heavy lifting and regular attendance are required for this fast-paced role. The position emphasizes team collaboration, physical endurance, and adherence to hotel standards, with opportunities to grow within HEI's diverse

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to complement guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Ability to transport heavy objects through crowded spaces with/without accommodation.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 200lbs with/without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Promptly sort soiled ware for dish/pot machines and replace in storage areas.
• Wash ware and maintain cleanliness of dish area per hotel standards.
• Operate burnishing machine and de-tarnish/silvers for proper appearance.
• Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly for cooks.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
