Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, bank and intercompany processes, fixed assets, and support for audits, budgeting, and forecasting in a hospitality/real estate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in hotels.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Experience with financial reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Manage intercompany transactions, billing, and allocations.
• Assist with fixed assets, depreciation, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting projects.
