• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in hotels.
• Experience with MRI or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Strong Excel, organizational, and communication skills.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a growing organization supporting a portfolio of hotel properties and related businesses. This position is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, managing multiple entities, and contributing to a collaborative finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Manage intercompany transactions, billing, and allocations.
• Assist with fixed assets, depreciation, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in hotels.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Experience with financial reconciliations and reporting.
• Hospitality, real estate, or multi-entity accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with MRI or similar accounting software is a plus.
