Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Van Driver to transport guests safely and promptly between the hotel, airport, and local attractions. You will load luggage, assist guests, and provide helpful local information. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.

A valid driver's license with a clean record and fluency in English are required; prior van driving experience is a plus. This position may include evenings or weekends, outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Familiarity with the local area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the hotel van to transport guests between the hotel and various destinations.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring it is secured properly.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle, including checking tire pressure, oil levels, and other safety features; report any maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable both inside and out.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Provide information to guests regarding local attractions, hotel services, and other inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk or other departments regarding guest pick-up/drop-off times.
