Job summary

Arbor Lodging Management is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests to the hotel, airport, and local destinations in a friendly and efficient manner. You will ensure safe driving practices and help guests with baggage and directions while maintaining clean vehicles.

The role requires a valid driver's license, DMV/background checks, and 1–3 years of shuttle experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass DMV and background check.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a hotel shuttle driver or similar.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Schedule flexibility.
• Great personality and willingness to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from hotel, airport and local destinations in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Assist guests by transporting baggage to and from the lobby.
• Drive shuttle to/from airport and other guest-requested locations.
• Keep vans clean and in top running condition.
• Report repairs to management when needed.
• Provide locals directions courteously and accurately.
• Complete nightly security walk and report.
