Job summary

Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA seeks a Hotel Concierge/Front Office runner. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide local information while driving shuttles and other vehicles as needed.

Requires a valid California Class B driver's license, ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and a High School diploma. Prior guest-service experience (6 months to 1 year) preferred; drug and background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• California Class B driver's license required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1 year or less of guest-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with luggage.
• Drive hotel shuttles, vans, limousines, and other vehicles as needed.
• Provide local information, directions and transportation options to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas associated with guest services.
• Ensure accurate handling of guest belongings and supplies.
• Assist with transfers, deliveries and front office runner tasks.
• Coordinate with front desk to ensure guest folio accuracy.
• Assist guests with services and respond to inquiries per Six Flags standards.
• Follow attendance, dress code, and safety guidelines; report issues to management.
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements including nights and holidays.
