Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to brand standards.
• Support security operations to deter losses from theft and coordinate with law enforcement when required.
• Maintain written and verbal communications with the Director of Security and supervise security staff.
• Recommend hiring, disciplinary actions, and conduct employee evaluations.
• Ensure coverage by confirming presence and activities of scheduled officers.
• Review documentation and reports and provide backup during investigations.
• Respond to alarms and submit periodic activity reports to management.
• Work outside scheduled hours, attend trainings and meetings as needed.
