Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee hotel safety and security operations. You will respond to emergencies, supervise security staff, and ensure compliance with laws and Hyatt standards.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, staff coaching, and coordinating with law enforcement as needed. The role emphasizes guest and colleague safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• A resume must be provided to be considered for this position.
• 1-3 years of security experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory, lead, or management experience preferred.
• Refined verbal and written communication skill
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) preferred
• Flexibility to work and support overnight shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule the security team across all shifts.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks and hazards.
• Respond to security incidents and investigate reports.
• Maintain incident records and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with local agencies when needed.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, and alarms systems.
• Train security staff on SOPs and emergency protocols.
• Support high-profile guests and events with staffing plans.
• Review loss prevention trends and recommend improvements.
• Prepare daily/weekly security reports for leadership.
• Contribute to safety committees and audits.
