The position is on-call/ casual, hourly pay with benefits, and requires detailed knowledge of meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details. You will coordinate with sales and planning managers and hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or events experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Liaises between Event Sales/Planning Manager and on-site contact.
• Addresses special needs or requests to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event details.
