Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a diligent Security Officer to protect guests and associates at a hotel property. You will perform patrols, monitor access points, and respond to emergencies to safeguard people and assets.

The role requires strong communication, quick decision-making, and the ability to work independently or in teams. Prior security experience and CPR/First Aid training are preferred.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of security procedures and fire safety.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify security violations and take prudent action to protect people and assets.
• Inspect premises for safety risks and report incidents promptly.
• Monitor gates/access points and issue badges when needed.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities.
• Check packages and detain unauthorized persons as required.
• Communicate with law enforcement as situations require.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain documentation.
