Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time hotel patrol in Bethesda, MD. You will protect clients across hotels and resorts, perform routine patrols, deter incidents, respond to alarms, and support loss prevention while delivering welcoming customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking, and public spaces.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor and vendor access.
• Document incidents and daily activities and communicate to leadership.
