Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI seeks a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Patrol Hazard Recognition) to protect guests and staff at hotel and resort locations. You will perform patrols, deter incidents, and assist guests with professionalism, contributing to a welcoming environment during your shift.

Requirements include at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and eligibility for background checks and drug screening.

Competenze

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and emergencies calmly and professionally, coordinating with hotel leadership and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify hazards and report violations.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor/contractor entry, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to supervisors.
