Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• License requirements depend on state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with site contacts and responders as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, entrances, parking, and perimeter to deter issues.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns per site procedures.
• Complete accurate incident reports and shift communications as required.
