Job summary

Providence Hospitality Partners is seeking a Security Officer to protect people and assets across our properties. You will perform patrols, monitor access points, and respond swiftly to emergencies while coordinating with local authorities as needed.

The role requires handling incidents with discretion, maintaining calm under pressure, and documenting actions for investigations. A strong focus on safety, communication, and teamwork will be essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies situations where security violations have occurred and takes action to ensure safety of employees, visitors, and assets.
• Performs inspections of premises to observe potential security and safety risks and reports incidents.
• Maintains watch at gates and access points; issues temporary badges and controls access.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates with authorities as needed.
• Monitors and documents irregularities or incidents concerning safety and security.
