Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Director of Security to help deliver a safe, welcoming guest experience across our Atlanta properties. You will support the Director in running security operations and ensuring OSHA compliance while upholding Hilton's hospitality standards.

You’ll lead training, coordinate emergency responses, and mentor a high-performing team, promoting integrity, leadership, and accountability in every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security operations in a hospitality environment.
• Strong integrity and leadership with a focus on service excellence.
• Ability to recruit, train, and mentor team members while managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security operations including OSHA compliance and budget management.
• Coordinate safety training programs such as CPR and life safety.
• Direct security patrols to identify risks, threats, and unsafe conditions.
• Lead investigations into accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities.
• Direct emergency responses to fires, medical incidents, and threats.
• Liaise with federal, state, and local authorities on security matters.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor team; conduct evaluations and drive development.
