Hilton is seeking a Safety and Security Manager to help safeguard guests, employees, and property while delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for. This role focuses on leading security operations, maintaining rigorous safety standards, and upholding our renowned guest experience.

Responsibilities include supervising patrols, investigating incidents, coordinating emergency responses, and liaising with law enforcement to ensure a safe stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Manage security operations: implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and property while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards
• Supervise property safety: oversee security patrols, identify potential risks, and address safety and security concerns
• Support investigations: assist in investigations related to accidents, thefts, property loss, and policy violations with proper documentation
• Oversee emergency responses: manage on-site emergencies including fires, medical incidents, and safety hazards, coordinating with relevant teams
• Act as law enforcement liaison: maintain communications with local, state, and federal agencies on security matters
• Ensure accurate documentation: review and maintain security reports, incident records, and compliance documents
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise and coach team members to foster a positive work environment
