Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Security Officer at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Denver. You will ensure guest and employee safety, follow security procedures, and respond to emergencies with professionalism. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Hospitality/purchasing experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 2 years Security or Police (military or civilian) experience, preferably in hotel environment.
• 2 years of college in safety/security or hospitality discipline.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including pm swing, overnight, weekends, holidays.
• First Aid/CPR certification, instructor rating preferred.
• High quality written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out safety policies and procedures of the property and Benchmark, maintaining professionalism and teamwork.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for guests and associates.
• Reduce opportunities for crimes via preventive patrol and high security visibility.
• Promote a safe, peaceful environment for guests and employees.
• Assist individuals in danger or needing medical attention.
• Respond to emergencies per property procedures.
• Protect guest and employee information in reports and operations.
• Complete all Daily Activity and Incident Reports.
• Help ensure compliance with Liquor Laws.
• Assist in developing and presenting security programs.
• Review and edit security reports.
• Assist in other duties as needed by supervisor.
