You will maintain communications, assist during medical or security emergencies, and document incidents clearly, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires physical stamina and a professional, service-oriented demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Able to stand during entire shift and climb stairs.
• Able to exert up to 100 pounds and run if needed.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Use proper radio etiquette at all times.
• Patrol hotel premises to maintain security and safety.
• Respond to emergencies (medical, security, guest complaints).
• Check IDs of visitors/employees as necessary.
• Maintain daily activity log.
• Assist guests to rooms and with entry according to hotel standards.
• Administer First Aid/CPR as necessary.
• Complete Incident/Accident reports clearly.
