Hilton is seeking a Security Dispatcher to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members. You’ll monitor life safety systems, respond to incidents, and coordinate security operations to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor life safety systems: Oversee security and emergency monitoring systems to ensure quick response to any potential safety threats or emergencies
• Coordinate security response: Answer calls, respond to guest inquiries, and dispatch Security Officers as needed
• Track security activity: Maintain accurate records of guest inquiries, incidents, and security report
• Manage key distribution: Oversee the issuing and tracking of guest room and facility keys
