Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services provider, seeks a Dispatch Security Officer in Minneapolis, MN. You will coordinate communications, monitor alarms, dispatch responders, and log incidents to support guest and staff safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet; alarm panel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor communications systems, receive calls, dispatch personnel for guest-service needs and incidents.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications per site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to supervisors or responders as needed.
• Monitor security systems and report unusual activity to deter unauthorized access.
