Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to healthcare location personnel, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Monitor dispatch communications, prioritize service requests, and coordinate security personnel responses.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident details, and status updates per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to appropriate contacts or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols and report hazards, access concerns, and unusual activity.
