Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving revenue goals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in using hotel management systems, sales software and marketing analytics tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the local and regional hospitality market.

Responsibilities
