Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales Managers, and Event/Catering Managers.
• Input all group room blocks and events into MARSHA.
• Monitor group pickup and cutoff dates; keep blocks updated in CI.
• Produce and distribute group resumes for rooms-only groups.
• Process Marriott Bonvoy Event points, Group Commissions and rebates; manage VIP guestroom reservations and site inspections.
• Organize and maintain file systems and correspondences; greet visitors.
