Brandt Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Sales for our Parsippany Residence Inn hotel. The ideal candidate will utilize their sales, networking, and guest service skills to build our client base and ensure a top-notch guest experience.

The Director of Sales will develop and maintain marketing plans, solicit new business accounts, and manage relationships with corporate and leisure guests. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with an immediate match.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales processes, client base, and market.
• Ability to negotiate and influence professionals and guests.
• Skilled in revenue management and forecasting.
• Capable of developing rapport with community contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing plans and sales budgets.
• Solicit new and existing business accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competition.
• Attend trade shows and community events.
• Prepare customer correspondence and booking reports.
• Finalize contracts and ensure guest service.
• Participate in revenue management calls.
• Qualify clients and prepare contracts.
• Train staff on the sales call process.
