Job summary

Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Center City seeks an accomplished sales leader to drive the hotel's revenue goals. You will lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate client relationships, and advance the hotel's strategic sales initiatives in alignment with the Director of Sales & Marketing.

You are an inspirational leader and strategic communicator who identifies opportunities, develops proposals, negotiates contracts, and partners with hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of proven hotel sales and marketing experience with revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and ability to lead, coach, and mentor sales professionals.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active involvement in industry organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly sales goals aligned with rooms and F&B targets.
  • Pursue new business and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Increase local and national market visibility and conduct market calls.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts on behalf of the hotel.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments after contract close to ensure service delivery.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the sales team in alignment with leadership.
  • Attend required meetings, training sessions, and sales initiatives.
