Job summary

MCR in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s group bookings, ADR growth, and market share expansion. The role oversees sales and events, develops pipelines with clients, and maintains strong relationships to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory hospitality experience, excellent communication, and a track record in securing contracts and driving revenue growth for the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Progressive hospitality/sales experience with supervisory background.
• Ability to influence others, negotiate and sell professionally.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
