Vista Host Hotels Management & Development is seeking a Director of Sales to drive all revenue-generating activities for the property. You will lead direct selling, prospecting, relationship-building, internet marketing, and community engagement.

The role collaborates with the management team to hit revenue goals, enhance guest satisfaction, and strengthen market position. Requires strong leadership and a data-driven, strategic mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Must communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and perform outside sales calls.
• Minimum 3+ years as Hotel Director of Sales.
• Familiarity with PMS; Hilton PMS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead hotel sales efforts with proactive strategies aligned to company objectives.
• Collaborate on pricing and revenue management to meet top-line and RevPAR goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales and marketing division to achieve revenue targets.
• Motivate, coach, and develop sales personnel for high performance.
• Provide strategic vision for maximizing sales generation and revenue growth.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture and continuous learning.
• Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape and use market data to innovate.
• Cultivate external and internal relationships to drive growth and market awareness.
• Provide sales training for front desk staff to ensure consistent guest inquiries handling.
• Manage department budget and report variances and projections.
• Represent the hotel professionally in all settings.
