You will collaborate across hotel departments, participate in planning, reporting, and training to promote service

Responsibilities

• Be one of the first points of contact for incoming sales calls, and respond quickly, professionally to internal partners and external customers.
• Deliver clear and concise communication representing Concord Hospitality via all avenues.
• Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning with attention to detail.
• Assist with or manage room blocks, reporting, client notifications of key dates, group resumes, event orders and billing details.
• Learn and use digital sales systems (Delphi, CI/TY, PMS) and understand hotel sales strategies; apply these tools to achieve team goals.
