Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort is hiring a Security Officer for the 2nd shift on a full-time, year-round basis. You will patrol interior and exterior areas, observe for safety risks, and respond to emergencies to protect guests and property.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, documentation, and assisting guests with inquiries in a professional, friendly manner. Holidays and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of security experience in a similar industry; 3–5 years preferred.
• Familiarity with floor plans and layout of the building and event spaces.
• Ability to interact with guests calmly and professionally.
• Clear listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and perimeter to identify safety and security risks.
• Respond to emergencies, hazards, fires, medical incidents, or threats.
• Initiate preliminary investigations as needed and document findings.
• Write accurate reports and maintain required documentation.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and politely.
