Miyako Hybrid Hotel Plano is seeking a hands-on Safety & Security Manager to lead the Security Department, develop staff, and oversee daily operations. You will ensure compliance with laws, hotel policies, and safety standards while protecting guests, employees, and assets.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, investigations, and emergency preparedness, with collaboration across hotel leadership and emergency agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Security Department.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, and develop Security Officers.
• Prepare employee schedules based on operational needs and labor budgets.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, procedures, and post orders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive hotel security and loss prevention programs.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare incident reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate emergency drills and evacuation exercises.
• Partner with local police, fire departments, EMS, and emergency management agencies.
• Monitor labor expenses and security metrics.
