Job summary

You will train staff, enforce procedures, and ensure consistent service across housekeeper teams in a hotel environment. The role requires two years in housekeeping, a high school diploma or GED, and excellent communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Two years’ experience in the housekeeping field.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Supervises room cleaners in prompt housekeeping of customer rooms.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for guests.
• Proactively maintain assigned areas and equipment.
• Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments.
• Use supplies efficiently and stock carts.
• Report safety, maintenance, and housekeeping concerns.
