Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one year in Housekeeping role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspects all assigned suites and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
• Performs housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms during shift.
• Randomly selects rooms to ensure cleanliness.
• Counsels Housekeepers on discrepancies; informs maintenance as needed.
• Opens/closes the house by assigning rooms to Room Attendants and ensures all rooms are cleaned by end of day.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedules room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
• Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.
• Randomly selects assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness.
• Counsels Housekeepers on discrepancies. Notifies Executive Housekeeper of maintenance repairs as necessary.
• Opens/ closes the house by assigning rooms to Room Attendants, then ensuring that all rooms are cleaned by the end of day.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in Housekeeping role preferred
