Job summary

Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room attendants, ensure brand standards, and manage daily housekeeping operations in a busy Memphis hotel.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in housekeeping, strong inventory management, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. This role includes schedules, safety compliance, and collaboration with third-party vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma, preferred
• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping
• Experience inventory management and stock control

Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel rooms to ensure cleanliness and amenity stock
• Train, schedule, coach and support associates
• Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies and issue supplies
• Oversee training of Room Attendants with partnering with third party vendor, if applicable
• Screen job applicants and hire new employees
• Schedule employee work hours
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand standards
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment
