Job summary

Coast Hotels Limited is seeking a Room Inspector to ensure guestroom cleanliness, presentation, and readiness across Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel by APA. You will inspect rooms and public areas, coordinate with Housekeeping leadership, and support daily operations, inventory, and service excellence.

Ideal candidates will have prior housekeeping or QA experience, strong detail orientation, and good communication. Flexible scheduling including mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping or room inspection experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel cleaning, sanitation, and guestroom presentation standards.
• Experience coordinating room assignments or supporting housekeeping operations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms and bathrooms to verify cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate room assignments and monitor housekeeping productivity.
• Maintain linen inventories and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Communicate room readiness with Front Desk and Maintenance teams.
• Provide coaching to Room Attendants and support department operations.
• Document inspections and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
