Responsibilities

• Inspect all rooms assigned to room attendants daily using a standard checklist.
• Notify room attendants of deficiencies and mark for follow-up; re-inspect for correction.
• Prepare daily room assignments in absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room discrepancies and report maintenance repairs to Engineering.
• Inspect carts/boards at end of shift and ensure tasks are completed.
• Assist guests with requests and report issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety, uniform and grooming standards.
