Arbor Lodging, a leading hotel investment and management company with a growing national portfolio, is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant. You will clean guest rooms to ensure a welcoming, comfortable experience and address guest inquiries politely and knowledgeably.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, making beds, dusting, replenishing supplies, cleaning bathrooms, and assisting with guest requests. A professional attitude and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Formación

• Secondary school diploma preferred.
• Previous hotel-related experience desired.
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products a plus.
• Professional attitude is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare rooms for cleaning.
• Make beds.
• Dust rooms and furniture.
• Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies.
• Clean the bathroom.
• Clean the closet.
• Vacuum and rack the carpet.
• Check and secure the rooms.
• Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests (e.g. iron and ironing boards).
• Ensure public areas, such as hallways, are cleaned and orderly.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk, sit, or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Manage guest calls, requests, & complaints in the area assigned to them.
• Additional tasks may be assigned at any given time.

Summary:

The Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean, and they address all guest inquiries politely and knowledgeably.
